Bower Care Home Welcomes New Team Members

Here at Bower Care Home we have welcomed seven new members of staff as preparations continue ahead of our home’s planned opening in August 2026. The Bower team is already beginning to come together with the arrival of colleagues in key roles who will help shape the future of this home.

The new team members include three Nurses, Head Chef, Second Chef, Maintenance Manager and Activities Lead. To mark the start of their journey at Bower Care Home, the new colleagues took part in a team building session focused on getting to know each other and building connections. The group enjoyed taking part in a fun challenge to build the tallest tower using spaghetti and marshmallows, encouraging teamwork, communication and creativity.

The session created an energentic and positive atmosphere, with everyone showing enthusiasm and excitement about becoming part of Bower Care Home in Linlithgow.

As the build continues and the opening date approaches, our team will continue to grow and bring together the people who will support the home and its future residents.
