I have gained a wealth of experience throughout my career, having worked in hospital settings for 19 years before moving into care home management over the past few years. I am delighted to be leading the team at Bower Care Home and to welcome residents into their new home. With a strong passion for care and a positive outlook, I am committed to making a meaningful difference for our residents, their families, and my team.
