Joanne brings a wealth of experience having worked within hospital settings for 19 years and having then moved across to be a care home manager for the last couple of years. She is most excited to be leading the team at Bower Care Home and to be welcoming residents to their new home. With her strong passion and positive outlook she is committed to making a positive difference for residents, families and her team alike.
